54. The prescribed certificates shall appear at the end of the applications, below the parties’ signatures.

54. The prescribed certificates shall appear at the end of the applications, below the parties’ signatures, or shall be appended to the applications to which they relate.
Where such certificates are appended to applications presented in paper form, they shall refer to the applications to which they relate by specifying the nature and the date and place of signing of the applications, and the names of the parties thereto.
